Casa da Fonte da Tornada is located right in the heart of Lugar do Castelo in the charming village of Lindoso. This beautiful building from the nineteenth century was once considered as the best home of this place due to its great dimensions and owes its name to a fountain called ´Fonte do Tornada´. Located right next to the house, this special fountain, according to the locals, used to give cold water in the summer and warm water in the winter.
Under its large outdoor balcony you may find a collection a various utensils and agricultural implements, mainly related to linen works.
